Omega Mulberry
Deep berry, Linwood’s Italian-woven velvet in a rich pink-purple that turns the Chesterfield dramatic rather than pretty. Stain-resistant, inherently flame-retardant and woven with 28% recycled content. Choose it with gun metal nailheads and dark walls.
Pink with texture
Plush Coral velvet, Mohair Beetroot, Plain Wool Petal, Coral is the sunnier, orange-leaning pink you’ll spot on some of our in-stock chairs; Beetroot is a deep magenta mohair blend that rubs to 80,000; Petal is a pale pink in our plain wool, matte and tailored, with no sheen.

Velvet asks for less than people fear but Pale pink asks for a little more.

Vacuum gently
Once a week, with the soft brush attachment, working with the pile, before dust and crumbs settle.

Blot spills quickly
A clean, dry cloth, right away. Blot, don’t rub and leave household cleaners and solvents in the cupboard.

Brush the pile
Pressure marks where people sit are normal; the pile leans and catches the light differently, your hand or a soft clothes brush brings it back.

Avoid direct sunlight
Pinks fade faster than most colors, so keep the sofa out of strong sun, especially by a south-facing window. Turn and plump loose seat cushions every few weeks.

Which pink should I choose?
Decide how loud you want it. Blush (Amalfi Pink, Plain Wool Petal) behaves like a warm neutral and suits most rooms; Coral is sunnier and better in a bright room; Mulberry and Beetroot are deep, dramatic pinks for dark walls. If you’re between two, order both swatches.
Is a pink Chesterfield a passing trend?
The shape is three hundred years old; it has survived every color. A blush pink is close enough to a neutral that it will still look right when the pillows change and if you’d rather hedge, pick the sofa in gray and the velvet Chesterfield chair in pink.
Does pink velvet show marks?
Pale pinks show more than greys and darks, so choose Amalfi for its 60,000-rub finish and blot spills at once. Mulberry and Beetroot hide marks as well as any dark velvet.
Is pink velvet Chesterfield sofa a good choice with kids and pets?
On the darker pinks, yes: Amalfi is our hardest-wearing velvet, Omega is stain-resistant and velvet is a cut pile with no loops for claws to snag. A blush pink in a family room will need the care list followed.
Which one should I choose, Pink velvet or pink leather?
Velvet gives you the blush, the coral and the berries and is warmer to sit on. Saloon Blush is our pale pink leather Chesterfield sofa option, a semi-aniline that wipes clean and ages into a patina. They’re very different pinks in the hand.
