The NC showroom has an ever-changing inventory of in-stock pieces available for purchase. By appointment only, 5 days a week, throughout the year.
During the High Point Furniture Market (each April and October), the showroom is open to retail and trade customers alike, for the duration of the show.
Through a collaboration with Ruth Olbrych, Distinctive Chesterfields has enjoyed a permanent presence in the city that has been home of the High Point Furniture Market since 1909. Although our NC location has changed location a handful of times since our 2012 move, Ruth has remained consistent, accommodating our customers throughout the calendar year. If you’re unable to make it to High Point for a physical appointment, we’re thrilled to offer virtual consultations. Working with our UK Showrooms (who have a broader range of product, leathers and fabrics), we’re now also offering virtual showroom appointments.

Our North Carolina showroom is at the Carolina Warehouse in Thomasville, a short drive from High Point. Appointments are confirmed by Ruth ahead of your visit, so you'll always be expected and looked after.
Meet Ruth Olbrych
Ruth, our main point-of-contact for all US enquiries has been with Distinctive Chesterfields since 2012. Ruth hopes to nurture a feeling of trust with her customers and understands that purchasing a Sofa is a decision not to be made lightly - if you are unable to visit her NC warehouse, Ruth is available for virtual consultations to discuss all of your furniture needs. When approached in 2012 to serve as Distinctive Chesterfields first US-based sales associate, Ruth, as an owner of her own online business, brought to Distinctive 12 years of experience selling furniture online.
