Do you have a cancellation policy?

We really want you to be happy with the furniture you order from Distinctive Chesterfields and you can do so in the confident knowledge, that if you're not completely satisfied within 30 days of its receipt, then for all UK Mainland orders, we will collect it and refund your money*. We’re however, unable to offer the 30-day money back guarantee on bespoke, made-to-measure orders simply as they are made to your specific requirements. *Minus any delivery and collection costs

What are your UK delivery options?

All of our products are handmade in the UK by our expert team of craftsman. Whilst our lead time is considerably shorter than most leading retailers, it can take around 4-6 weeks to produce your piece of furniture. During busy seasonal periods, this can vary, but we will be sure to keep you informed every step of the way. We have a standard delivery charge of £49, for all UK Mainland orders. Price per extra seat: £10 Worried about access? What are your US delivery options?

We have a standard delivery charge of $395, for all USA Mainland orders. Price per extra seat: $50 Delivery door to door is included with all of the services above. Customers inside the UK and USA are subject to a two man delivery service, whilst services outside of the UK and USA are one-man curbside delivery only. This means that you will need to arrange with the driver to move the product into your premises. We deliver to a selection of European countries weekly, as well as the US, so you can enjoy peace of mind that we will get your order to you in good time with the upmost professionalism. Here at Distinctive Chesterfields, we pride ourselves on our ability to ship internationally. If you would like to request an international shipping quote, please contact your local Sales Representative or accounts@distinctivechesterfields.com. All quotations include the cost of your furniture, shipment costs, packaging and insurance. Each piece of furniture is handmade in our Lancashire-based workshop and dependent on design and location, Production and Delivery is approximately 10-12 weeks internationally (production is 4 weeks, and delivery times vary dependent on area).

Do you offer Worldwide delivery?

Here at Distinctive Chesterfields, we pride ourselves on our ability to ship internationally. If you would like to request an international shipping quote, please contact your local sales representative or accounts@distinctivechesterfields.com. All quotations include the cost of your furniture, shipment costs, packaging and insurance. Each piece of furniture is handmade in our Lancashire-based workshop and dependent on design and location, production and delivery is approximately 10 weeks internationally (production is 4 weeks-6, and delivery times vary dependent on area and trading period). If you'd like to organise your own collection for International shipments, we're able to provide size and weight information, and will ensure your product is professionally wrapped. Our payment terms for International orders are the same as the UK. We take a 10% deposit on confirmation of your order, and will collect the remaining balance a week prior to shipment. Our Customer Care team will keep you updated throughout the entire process, to ensure you're aware of timings.

We’re unable however to offer the 30 day money back guarantee on bespoke, made-to-measure orders simply as they are made to your specific requirements. *Minus any delivery and collection costs 25 YEAR GUARANTEE We are so confident in the quality of our furniture, all of the beech frames supplied by Distinctive Chesterfields (allowing for fair wear and tear) are guaranteed against faulty manufacturing for a period of 25 Years from the date of delivery. In addition to this, we also guarantee all other parts and materials for a period of one year. *Terms & Conditions apply

Do you offer product protection?

Product Protection: At Distinctive Chesterfield, we guarantee all structural work on all pieces for 25 years, but cannot guarantee fabrics or leathers against accidental damage. However, the Guardsman plan will cover any accidental damage to the leather and fabric for a period of 5 years, giving you total peace of mind. For a one-off payment (dependent on size and fabric), your piece is covered, with no limit to the claims or any excess fees to pay, just total cover for your upholstery. There aren't any excesses to pay or annual renewal costs. If you're interested in this offer and would like to discuss further, please do get in touch with your local Sales representative over the phone or via email before your delivery to purchase your plan. If this isn't something you're interested in, we also offer a number of Leather & Fabric Cleaning Kits dependent on your leather or fabric.

What payment options do you offer? UK Only

We take a 10% deposit upon order confirmation, then a member of our team will reach out for the remaining balance 7-10 days prior to delivery. We also offer flexible payment options. Up to 10 months 0% APR representative interest-free finance. Spread the cost with our interest free finance available online and in store. Our simple finance options allow you to spread the cost of your purchase over 6, 9, or 10 months.

How do I place an order?

How am I best placing an order? If you're confident in your choice, you're able to order directly online. Alternatively, we have two showrooms (based in London and Huddersfield), that can take orders either in-store or over the phone. Please don't hesitate to reach out to our dedicated Sales team if you require assistance with your order, whether it's information on your chosen leathers, or more information about size and comfort.

Do you offer a bespoke service?

Do we offer bespoke options? The simple answer, is yes! As all of our products are made to order, we're able to amend our sizing to meet your desired requirements. Whether you're looking for additional height or depth, or you have a particular design in mind, our in-house design team will be able to advise. We will ensure we're transparent with any additional costs prior to ordering. Can I use my own fabric? Yes, you're able to provide your own fabric as long as it is FR treated. What materials do you use?

All of our furniture is lovingly handcrafted in our Lancashire workshop, ensuring we partner with only the very best suppliers to bring you the ultimate in British craftsmanship. We make use of the highest quality, solid beech frames, adding individual coil springs for extra comfort and finishing using only hand-selected fabrics or leathers. All of our pieces are traceable, and our suppliers take pride in their approach to sustainability – as everything is made in-house, we're able to offer competitive lead times, with all items being delivered in just 8-10 weeks.
