Excellent service from start to finish. We first met Olivia at the shop in Huddersfield. She was friendly, and knowledgeable, answering our questions and offering relevant advice as necessary. There was no pressure and we had all the time in the world to make a decision about, what was for us, quite an investment. The information regarding completion and delivery was accurate, and when our sofas arrived yesterday we were delighted. They are beautiful and ooze quality! The delivery team were in the timeframe quoted the previous day, and made l the whole experience easy. I can wholeheartedly recommend Distinctive Chesterfields in Huddersfield. We bought two sofas from distinctive chesterfield the staff was really helpful with both sizing and colour nothing was too much for them.when they were delivered the two men was great and so careful they unwrapped the sofas and took all packaging away. Recently brought a sofa & club chair. Both chairs are absolutely fab! Great material. Well informed delivery. Time schedule of the items being made was so much quicker than some bigger names stores. And actually what we brought would of been a little more expensive elsewhere. Had one of studs pop out slightly, and the customer service & service having it resolved was fantastic for such a minor issue. Fabulous!
