Dogs on Sofas: A Big No No?
Do you allow your beloved dog to sit on your equally beloved sofa? It’s a question that’s divided opinion over on our Facebook page, with some saying their couch is a canine-free zone, and others resorting to an outright hound-related ban. Some people, however, drape a throw or blanket over their sofa, so their pooch can enjoy the same comfort as its owners without the risk of sharp paws resulting in scratched or snagged leather.
Where do you stand – or perhaps, sit – on this matter, then? Do you let your dog or cat sit on your sofa, or not?
One of our customers – Heather – allows her dog Podge to sit on the sofa. Doesn’t be look comfortable in the image below?
Of course, what we will say is the quickest route to a damaged Chesterfield is allowing your dog or cat to sit on it. And don’t forget it’s nigh on impossible to repair a scratch or tear caused by the paws of your pesky pet.
If you’re looking to ooh and ah over some more canine-related pictures, you’ll love our imaginatively-titled Dogs on Sofas Pinterest board. And if you’re not already following us on Pinterest, feel free to hit ‘Follow’ for interiors-focused photos and tips.
Until next time, folks…
